DTF Gang Sheet

Artwork: This is for the direct to film heat transfer print only. Your artwork must be ready for print. If your file is too large to upload, please email us the file or by using WeTransfer and your order number and artwork in the subject line.

Resolution: Your artwork should be a high resolution 300 dpi (this is very important for your design to be high quality), saved as a PNG, and with a 100% transparent background. Anything that appears in your image/screen (including white backgrounds) will print.
Color mode: RGB.
Maximum width is 22 inches x length based on your gang sheet selection. If you are between sizes, please size up to the next available length. 

IF THE ARTWORK DOES NOT MEET REQUIREMENTS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

Pressing Suggestions:

• Set heat press to 270-320 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on material
• Press for 10 seconds with medium pressure (approx. 30-60 PSI)
• Let transfer cool completely
• Carefully peel carrier from the print
• Cover with Teflon sheet and repress for 10 more seconds to seal in your design
• Some applications on some apparel can be peeled instant to hot. Please test and pull gently to begin the test

IMPORTANT:

Canva:  Please remove all drop shadows, glows, fades, blurred edges, and semi-transparent effects before uploading your artwork. These may be difficult to see in Canva but will show in professional print software and can affect DTF print quality. To check your file, place your artwork on a dark background in Canva and zoom in around the edges. If you see any haze, shadow, glow, or fuzzy outline, the artwork is not print-ready.

Colors: We are not responsible for shades of colors. You must check your colors – we print the custom DTF transfer based on the exact file we receive. Your screen colors are not always accurate. 

Small, Fine Print: Thin, tiny details and words will not transfer well as it will not get a good white under base. Be sure to thicken any of these areas prior to submitting your file.
Transparency effects:  For DTF printing, your artwork must have clean, solid edges. Transparent or semi-transparent pixels, such as shadows, glows, faded edges, or leftover background haze, may print as unwanted white ink, speckles, rough borders, or cloudy areas around the design. Even if these pixels are hard to see on screen, they can show up after printing and pressing. For the cleanest result, please upload artwork with a fully transparent background and no hidden shadows, fades, or semi-transparent pixels. Please remove any of these prior to submitting your wholesale order.
Fluorescents or Glow effects: Not available.
